Your agreement with us
Each clause below is written in plain language. Use the contents list above to jump to a section.
01
Acceptance and account responsibility
By accessing or using Your App, you confirm that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that account credentials are kept secure and that access is restricted to authorised users. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.
02
Acceptable use
You must use Your App only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with service availability, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. You remain responsible for your users' activity and internal governance policies.
03
Service availability and changes
We continuously improve Your App and may update features, interfaces, and technical requirements to maintain performance, reliability, and security. Where changes materially affect product behaviour, we will provide reasonable notice through in-product messaging, documentation updates, or account communications.
04
Fees, billing, and renewals
If your plan is paid, fees are billed in line with your subscription terms. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing details accurate and current.
05
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your App and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
06
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Clauses that are intended to survive termination, including liability limitations and dispute clauses, remain in force.
07
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms, subject to mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
